Mr. Felte, thank you for personally presenting the latest cosmetic products today. Let's start right away: Many people are concerned about the signs of ageing they see in the mirror. Crow's feet, wrinkles and the like are inevitable. But you claim that there is a solution. How does Natura Vitalis tackle this problem?

Frank Felte: I am very pleased to be able to tell you more about our products. Yes, of course, ageing cannot be prevented, but the way our skin ages can be influenced. What many people don't know: It's not just external factors such as UV radiation or the natural ageing process that age the skin. The skin microbiome also plays a decisive role.

That sounds interesting! What exactly is the skin microbiome and how does it influence the appearance of our skin?

Frank Felte: The skin microbiome is the collection of trillions of microorganisms that colonize our skin. It acts like a bouncer that protects the skin from harmful bacteria and environmental influences. However, the number of good bacteria decreases with age and this can upset the balance. Frank Felte: Yes, many small, invisible inflammations - so-called "inflammations" - are indeed a major cause of premature ageing. ProBioSkinΣ® combats these inflammations with natural ingredients such as magnolia extract and bisabolol from camomile, which have an anti-inflammatory effect. Magnolia in particular contains highly concentrated substances that specifically inhibit inflammatory reactions.
