Solo oggi.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Quello che all'inizio sembra un innocuo comportamento di indulgenza \u00e8 spesso molto di pi\u00f9: un ciclo interiore in cui il nostro cervello ha iniziato da tempo a stabilire regole diverse - e ci chiediamo quando esattamente abbiamo rinunciato al controllo.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><strong>Il sistema di ricompensa: un pacemaker affamato<\/strong><\/h3><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Il nostro cervello ama la dopamina. Il neurotrasmettitore che ci motiva, ci premia e ci spinge. Ed ecco l'inghippo: gli alimenti ricchi di zuccheri e grassi rilasciano questa sostanza in modo affidabile e rapido, soprattutto se combinati tra loro. La ricerca neurobiologica parla da tempo di una \"sovrastimolazione\" mirata del nostro sistema di ricompensa da parte degli alimenti moderni.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Uno studio dell'Universit\u00e0 di Yale ha dimostrato che il consumo regolare di alimenti ipercalorici aumenta l'attivit\u00e0 neuronale in quelle aree del cervello che sono attive anche nei tossicodipendenti (Gearhardt et al., 2011). In altre parole, il nostro cervello impara molto rapidamente ci\u00f2 che ci rende felici a breve termine e ne vuole di pi\u00f9. E ancora. E ancora di pi\u00f9.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Ancora pi\u00f9 impressionante \u00e8 l'osservazione di uno studio condotto dall'Universit\u00e0 di Aarhus in Danimarca (2020): Una sola settimana di dieta \"tipicamente occidentale\" - cio\u00e8 con molti zuccheri e molti grassi - \u00e8 stata sufficiente a produrre cambiamenti misurabili nell'ippocampo, l'area del nostro cervello responsabile dell'apprendimento e della memoria. Allo stesso tempo, la capacit\u00e0 di ascoltare le nostre sensazioni di fame e saziet\u00e0 \u00e8 diminuita.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><strong>Una mente chiara ha bisogno di chiarezza a livello cellulare<\/strong><\/h3><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>All'inizio sembra un'affermazione sconfortante. Ma in realt\u00e0 \u00e8 un invito enorme. Perch\u00e9 se il corpo \u00e8 capace di imparare - e lo \u00e8 - allora il cambiamento \u00e8 possibile in qualsiasi momento. Non attraverso la rinuncia, non attraverso la disciplina o i piani rigidi. Ma attraverso nuovi impulsi che vanno a prendere il corpo l\u00e0 dove nasce il desiderio vero e proprio: nel metabolismo. Nel sistema nervoso. Nel cervello.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Ed \u00e8 proprio qui che inizia quello che io chiamo un vero e proprio reboot, perch\u00e9 non combatte con la volont\u00e0, ma lavora con il corpo. Sto parlando di una combinazione che non brilla per le promesse della moda, ma per la logica biochimica:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>- Una fibra alimentare naturale che si gonfia nello stomaco e quindi non solo fa sentire sazi pi\u00f9 a lungo, ma aiuta anche a frenare le voglie.<\/p><p><br \/>- Chetoni esogeni, che forniscono al cervello energia rapidamente disponibile - e possono quindi interrompere elegantemente il costante desiderio di zucchero.<\/p><p><br \/>- Un aiuto per il flusso linfatico, che mette in moto i processi di disintossicazione dell'organismo - una sorta di \"servizio di pulizia\", particolarmente importante durante i processi di riorganizzazione.<\/p><p><br \/>- E infine, ma non meno importante: aminoacidi di eccellente qualit\u00e0, di cui l'organismo ha bisogno per produrre neurotrasmettitori, che a loro volta favoriscono l'umore, la concentrazione e la stabilit\u00e0 interiore.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Per me questa combinazione ha qualcosa di magico, ma in realt\u00e0 non \u00e8 altro che un'offerta al corpo: \"Ecco, non devi pi\u00f9 lottare contro te stesso\". Non devi pi\u00f9 lottare contro te stesso. Otterrai ci\u00f2 di cui hai bisogno - in un modo migliore\".<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><strong>Tornare a un equilibrio interiore<\/strong><\/h3><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Per me \u00e8 importante che non si tratti di fare \"tutto bene\". Si tratta di ritrovare il senso di quando \u00e8 abbastanza. Quando il vostro corpo \u00e8 davvero affamato e quando il vostro sistema di ricompensa sta solo chiedendo un calcio veloce. E s\u00ec, a volte questo ha bisogno di sostegno. Soprattutto in una vita quotidiana che ci mette di fronte a tentazioni ovunque.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Ecco perch\u00e9 non parlo di \"rinuncia\", ma di riconnessione. Con il proprio corpo. Con ci\u00f2 che ci nutre davvero. E con la chiarezza mentale che tutti noi meritiamo, al di l\u00e0 dei sensi di colpa o del costante auto-rimprovero.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><strong>La via d'uscita da questa spirale non \u00e8 difficile. \u00c8 intelligente.<\/strong><\/h3><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>E non inizia con il prossimo libro di dieta o con il prossimo ma unico proposito, ma con una decisione: Ascolter\u00f2 di nuovo. Sostengo il mio corpo.
