De algo dulce. O algo salado. O ambas cosas. S\u00f3lo un poco. R\u00e1pido. S\u00f3lo hoy.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Lo que en un principio parece un comportamiento de indulgencia inofensiva es a menudo mucho m\u00e1s que eso: un ciclo interior en el que nuestro cerebro hace tiempo que ha empezado a establecer reglas diferentes, y nos preguntamos cu\u00e1ndo exactamente hemos renunciado al control.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><strong>El sistema de recompensa: un marcapasos hambriento<\/strong><\/h3><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>A nuestro cerebro le encanta la dopamina. Es el neurotransmisor que nos motiva, recompensa e impulsa. Y aqu\u00ed est\u00e1 el truco: los alimentos ricos en az\u00facar y grasa liberan esta sustancia de forma fiable y r\u00e1pida, sobre todo combinados. Las investigaciones neurobiol\u00f3gicas hablan desde hace tiempo de una \"sobreestimulaci\u00f3n\" selectiva de nuestro sistema de recompensa por parte de los alimentos modernos.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Un estudio de la Universidad de Yale demostr\u00f3 que el consumo habitual de alimentos ricos en calor\u00edas aumenta la actividad neuronal en aquellas zonas del cerebro que tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n activas en los drogadictos (Gearhardt et al., 2011). En otras palabras, nuestro cerebro aprende muy r\u00e1pido lo que nos hace felices a corto plazo... y quiere m\u00e1s de eso. Y m\u00e1s. Y m\u00e1s.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>A\u00fan m\u00e1s impresionante es la observaci\u00f3n de un estudio realizado por la Universidad de Aarhus en Dinamarca (2020): Una sola semana de dieta \"t\u00edpicamente occidental\" -es decir, mucho az\u00facar, mucha grasa- bast\u00f3 para producir cambios mensurables en el hipocampo, la zona de nuestro cerebro responsable del aprendizaje y la memoria. Al mismo tiempo, disminuy\u00f3 la capacidad de escuchar nuestras propias sensaciones de hambre y saciedad.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><strong>Una cabeza despejada necesita claridad a nivel celular<\/strong><\/h3><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Eso suena aleccionador al principio. Pero en realidad es una gran invitaci\u00f3n. Porque si el cuerpo es capaz de aprender -y lo es-, entonces el cambio es posible en cualquier momento. No por prescindir, no por disciplina o planes r\u00edgidos. Sino a trav\u00e9s de nuevos impulsos que recogen el cuerpo all\u00ed donde surge el deseo real: en el metabolismo. En el sistema nervioso. En el cerebro.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Y aqu\u00ed es exactamente donde empieza lo que yo llamo un verdadero reinicio, porque no lucha con la voluntad, sino que trabaja con el cuerpo. Hablo de una combinaci\u00f3n que no brilla por las promesas de la moda, sino por la l\u00f3gica bioqu\u00edmica:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>- Una fibra diet\u00e9tica natural que se hincha en el est\u00f3mago y, por lo tanto, no s\u00f3lo hace que te sientas saciado durante m\u00e1s tiempo, sino que tambi\u00e9n ayuda a frenar los antojos.<\/p><p><br \/>- Cetonas ex\u00f3genas, que proporcionan al cerebro energ\u00eda r\u00e1pidamente disponible y pueden as\u00ed interrumpir elegantemente el ansia constante de az\u00facar.<\/p><p><br \/>- Una ayuda para el flujo linf\u00e1tico, que pone en marcha los procesos de desintoxicaci\u00f3n del cuerpo, una especie de \"servicio de limpieza\", especialmente importante durante los procesos de reorganizaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p><br \/>- Y por \u00faltimo Amino\u00e1cidos de excelente calidad, que el cuerpo necesita para producir neurotransmisores, que a su vez favorecen el estado de \u00e1nimo, la concentraci\u00f3n y la estabilidad interior.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Para m\u00ed, esta combinaci\u00f3n tiene algo de m\u00e1gico y, sin embargo, en realidad no es m\u00e1s que una oferta al cuerpo: \"Toma. Ya no tienes que luchar contra ti mismo. Obtendr\u00e1s lo que necesitas - de una manera mejor\".<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><strong>Volver al equilibrio interior<\/strong><\/h3><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Lo importante para m\u00ed es que no se trata de hacerlo \"todo bien\". Se trata de recuperar el sentido de cu\u00e1ndo es suficiente. Cu\u00e1ndo tu cuerpo est\u00e1 realmente hambriento y cu\u00e1ndo tu sistema de recompensa est\u00e1 pidiendo a gritos una patada r\u00e1pida. Y s\u00ed, esto a veces necesita apoyo. Especialmente en una vida cotidiana que nos enfrenta a tentaciones por todas partes.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Por eso no hablo de \"renuncia\", sino de reconexi\u00f3n. Con tu propio cuerpo. Con lo que realmente nos nutre. Y con la claridad mental que todos merecemos, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los sentimientos de culpa o los constantes autorreproches.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><strong>La salida de esta espiral no es dif\u00edcil. Es inteligente.<\/strong><\/h3><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Y no empieza con el siguiente libro de dietas o el siguiente pero, sino con una decisi\u00f3n: Volver\u00e9 a escuchar. Apoyo a mi cuerpo.
